Death Hawk
The death hawk is a variation on the mohawk, only it is moreso sported by people from the gothic, deathrock and industrial rock scenes. Though goths typically consider themselves anti-fashion, they have their own sense of fashion dating back to the early eighties when the gothic scene was just starting out. Death hawk hair usually isn't spiked, but puffed up and touched with hair spray and tasseled around for volume, resembling an eighties throwback look. Side burns or side locks is also an addition to the death hawk which usually hangs below the ears with both sides of the head shaved.
